Nike Mind 002 'Thunder Blue'

Nike spent 2026 arguing that a sneaker could do something for the brain as well as the feet, and the Mind 002 'Thunder Blue' is the latest run at that idea. The Mind line launched this year in two shapes, the 001 mule and this lace-up 002, both built around 22 anatomically mapped nodes under the foot meant to stimulate sensory receptors as you walk.

The upper is a dusty blue throughout, worked in a soft, rounded shell with fine perforations scattered across the toe, quarter and collar for airflow. Navy picks out the laces, the collar lining and the heel pull tab, while a small chrome Swoosh sits low on the side. The thick, ridged midsole carries the same blue, and the nodes dotting the outsole land in bright orange, the one loud note on an otherwise quiet pair.

The Nike Mind 002 'Thunder Blue' is expected to release on November 5th at 15:00 UTC for $145 through Nike and select retailers, in men's sizes.
