Nike and the LEGO Group are inviting kids to imagine basketball beyond the court with a new footwear and apparel collection that unites sport, space and personal style.
The Nike x LEGO ® basketball collection channels the energy of the game into expressive footwear and apparel that bring a playful world of space, astronauts and imagination to life. Created for basketball-loving kids, the collection gives young athletes new ways to connect with the sport and their personal style without taking the game any less seriously.
Built on the shared belief that play fuels creativity , the collection combines Nike’s longstanding focus on the athlete* with the LEGO Group’s unmistakable design language to help kids feel excited, confident and ready to bring their own style to the game .
At the center of the collection are two unexpected, playful expressions of Nike footwear that are both kid-right and ready to play, featuring recognizable LEGO details and patterns, available in sizes ranging from 10.5C to 7Y.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low LV8 reimagines an iconic Nike model through a space-exploration lens, featuring an upper that takes after the look of an astronaut’s spacesuit. Sketched stitch detailing adds a playful, constructed feel, while a LEGO space-inspired Swoosh and minifigure details bring the collaboration to life.
Taking the collection deeper into the unknown, the Nike S.T. Dynamite sends Nike’s kid-focused basketball model to an ice planet. Color-shifting finishes and a glitter outsole create an icy, galactic look while bringing new visual energy to the silhouette.
The apparel collection imagines basketball in another dimension, capturing the energy of an outer-space tunnel walk and carrying it into an otherworldly arena.
Taken together, the pieces represent the young explorer’s uniform. Basketball silhouettes and culture references meet space-inspired graphics, custom brick-built scenes and hidden character details, creating a collection that feels rooted in sport while leaving room for imagination, humor and discovery.
A printed ripstop pant uses durable materials and space-themed graphics to match the material story from the Air Force 1.
A full-zip fleece hoodie delivers everyday comfort while extending the collection’s space-meets-sport story. Details include special LEGO space and Nike Swoosh logos, a lenticular basketball minifigure patch that changes with movement, and a spaceship-style sleeve port with a custom Nike Rayguns minifigure.
A graphic T-shirt combines a short-sleeve silhouette with the visual language of a basketball uniform, connecting young athletes with different worlds through space iconography and playful minifigure details.
A Dri-FIT mesh basketball short serves as the collection’s true performance apparel piece, bringing a basketball-right construction to the lineup and providing a functional counterpoint to the fleece and ripstop styles.
