The building-block partnership between Nike and LEGO keeps growing, and its latest piece is the Air Force 1 Low LV8 x LEGO® Collection, dressed in white for big kids. Bruce Kilgore's 1982 design was the first Nike basketball shoe to carry Air, and it remains the brand's most reliable canvas for a project like this.
The upper is white throughout, with a crinkled, papery texture across the panels and a smooth toe. Black line drawings trace a second Swoosh and a set of frames over the quarter, while the Swoosh itself is printed in red, outlined in blue and set against a yellow disc. Small text sits ahead of the heel, a red loop hangs off the collar, and the lace dubrae and tongue carry more of the same printed detailing. A white midsole with AIR along the wall sits on a translucent icy blue outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low LV8 x LEGO® Collection is expected to release on November 24th at 15:00 UTC for $120 in big kids' sizes, through Nike and select retailers.
