Nike's N7 program has been running since 2000, when Sam McCracken built it to channel sport back into Native American and Indigenous communities, and its seasonal footwear has long leaned on the Air Force 1. This latest pair takes the Air Force 1 '07 LV8 N7, a silhouette Bruce Kilgore drew up as a basketball shoe in 1982, and treats it to a gradient.
The leather upper washes from a soft khaki at the toe and midfoot up into a dusty teal across the eyestays, collar and heel, with no hard seam between the two. A shaggy orange suede Swoosh sits on the panel, matched by orange laces threaded through teal eyelets. A small black label rides the heel, and the tongue tab keeps the teal going. Underneath, the cream midsole carries the familiar AIR stamp at the heel and sits on a matching pivot-circle outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 '07 LV8 N7 is expected to release on November 7th at 15:00 UTC for $130 in men's sizes through Nike and select retailers.
