Under Armour Drops the Curry 13 - The Final Chapter in a Signature Era

Under Armour today introduces the Curry 13, the final signature sneaker in the Curry Brand lineup and the final chapter of a more than decade-long run of performance innovation built alongside Stephen Curry. Dropping February 13, the Curry 13 signifies a milestone moment, a collectible finale, and a tribute to a partnership that helped reshape modern basketball footwear and the game.

Built for greatness and engineered to meet the demands of the modern game, the Curry 13 introduces a striking new silhouette powered by Under Armour’s most advanced footwear innovations. With lightweight but strong stability, industry-leading grip, and our best cushioning to date, it brings together years of insight, iteration, and on-court feedback into one final expression of performance and style.

The Curry 13 takes a new and distinct step in design. Moving away from the expression of prior Curry models, it introduces a more fluid, organic silhouette centered around a lightweight EVA molded SPLASH cage - every cutout and contour serves a purpose. It creates lightweight containment that locks the foot in place, enhances stability, and keeps players closer to the court for better feel and faster response.

From the mesh upper with strategic teardrop cutouts to a sculpted midsole geometry, the Curry 13 reflects a “super shoe” mindset and integrates top innovations from across Under Armour’s performance portfolio into one cohesive system.

Character-Inspired Colorways

A Movie Moment: GOAT-Inspired Colorways

The Curry 13 debut is tied to a major cultural moment through Under Armour’s collaboration with Sony Pictures Animation’s upcoming film GOAT, produced with Unanimous Media.

Produced by Stephen Curry, Michelle Raimo Kouyate, Rodney Rothman, Adam Rosenberg and Erick Peyton and debuting exclusively in theatres on February 13,, the original animated action-comedy takes place in an all-animal world and follows Will, a small goat with big dreams, who earns a once-in-a-lifetime shot to compete in the high-intensity sport of roarball. Determined to prove that “smalls can ball,” Will sets out to change the game.

Under Armour brings characters from the film to life through multiple Curry 13 colorways, giving fans the opportunity to rep their favorite character and their mindset on court.

A fiery red, orange, and black execution inspired by Mane Attraction (voiced by Aaron Pierre), the film’s loudest and boldest roarball star — built for players who play big and play loud.

A bright pink-to-green gradient representing Will (voiced by Caleb McClaughlin) and his optimism and determination to chase his dream against the odds.

A smooth lavender and purple combination inspired by Lenny, the laidback giraffe (voiced by Stephen Curry), built different and playing with confidence.

From Sony Pictures Animation, the studio behind Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and the artists that made KPop Demon Hunters, comes GOAT, an original action-comedy set in an all-animal world. The story follows Will, a small goat with big dreams who gets a once-in-a-lifetime shot to join the pros and play roarball – a high-intensity, co-ed, full-contact sport dominated by the fastest, fiercest animals in the world. Will’s new teammates aren’t thrilled about having a little goat on their roster, but Will is determined to revolutionize the sport and prove once and for all that “smalls can ball!”

Directed by Tyree Dillihay. Co-Directed by Adam Rosette. Screen Story by Nicolas Curcio and Peter Chiarelli. Screenplay by Aaron Buchsbaum & Teddy Riley.
