Nike is bringing together the Kobe Sheath and Barça crest for the second consecutive season, joining Kobe Bryant’s legendary Mamba Mentality with FC Barcelona’s enduring pursuit of excellence in an away kit and collection for a club that plays without fear.

The partnership builds on the inaugural Kobe x FC Barcelona collection , which introduced the Kobe Sheath to professional football for the first time, extending a shared dedication to changing the game and inspiring the next generation of athletes.

The 2026–27 kit channels Kobe’s Mamba Mentality through details designed to be seen and felt, giving athletes confidence backed by proof. A black mamba texture nods to Kobe’s relentless work ethic, while a Field Purple base carries forward the color he made iconic. Gold accents are rooted in a never-ending quest for championships, and an iridescent crest serves as a reminder of the attention to detail required to win at the highest level.

One of Kobe’s most enduring messages is inscribed at the inner collar as a fitting call to athletes who don’t see fear as an option and understand glory is earned by putting in the work: “Leave the game better than you found it.”

Further, the kit is built with Nike’s Aero-FIT performance cooling technology , which leverages lightweight breathability to help athletes perform at their peak, no matter the conditions .

A full suite of training apparel and sportswear bring the partners’ dedication to excellence from the pitch to the street and beyond, including jackets, T-shirts, a hoodie, jogger, short and wide-leg pant, all sporting the Kobe Sheath and Barça crest.

Similar motifs also anchor exclusive FC Barcelona expressions of two classic Nike footwear silhouettes, the Dunk Low and Kobe 3.

Entering its second season, the collaboration celebrates Kobe’s lifelong love for football and admiration for FC Barcelona’s joyful style of play and philosophy. In return, Barça continues to recognize Kobe as a driving force in global sport who lived by the discipline and drive for greatness that defines the club.

The new Kobe x FC Barcelona kit will be available globally July 24 at nike.com , Barça Official Stores and select Nike retail locations.
