Marathon season has given Nike's fastest racer plenty of mileage, and the Alphafly 4 now turns up in a full-volume orange and black treatment. The line traces back to the sub-two-hour marathon project built around Eliud Kipchoge, and this fourth chapter arrived in September as the lightest Alphafly yet, with ZoomX LT foam, a wider carbon FlyPlate and a revised AtomKnit upper.
The knit shell runs a bright orange across the toe and collar, deepening into crimson through the midfoot and heel where the weave opens up into visible perforations. A thin orange Swoosh sits low on the side wall, barely interrupting the gradient, and the same tonal treatment carries through the laces and the slim knit tongue. Underneath, the sculpted midsole splits black over orange, with the exposed forefoot Air units glowing orange against the dark upper deck.
Available in men's sizes.
The Nike Alphafly 4 is expected to release on November 12th at 15:00 UTC for $280 through Nike and select retailers.
